Key responsibilities of this job include:
- Maintaining/Populating Availability and Performance Workbooks, Exchange Workbook and Applications in Red
Scheduling Future BAC {Business Availability Center = Topaz} and SiteScope {monitors Infrastructure Servers} Events
- Complete basic BAC administration activities; managing BAC User accounts, creating alerts and reports
- Manage functional mailbox requests
- Provide tactical support by doing profile status checks and problem identification
- Achieve technical expertise in BAC business process monitor administration
- Support the team for adherence to defined repeatable processes
- Work with Functional Specialist(s) to address time sensitive requests
2 shifts: 10:00Am to 7:00PM and 1:00PM to 10:00PM IST
Should be well versed with the following:
· Application design, development and support experience a plus.
· Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, IE, etc) experience required
· VB, HTML, C++ and SQL Server experience.
VB, VB.net is mandatory.
