1. Has worked on dot net websites & client-server applications. --- Mandatory
2. Experience in writing programs in VB.Net & C#.Net -- Mandatory
3. Experience in writing webservices & windowservices -- Mandatory
4. Experience in Crystal reports -- Mandatory
5. Good knowledge in XML -- Mandatory
6. Experience in writing db objects like sprocs, triggers,etc -- Mandatory
7. Experience in db design -- Good to have
