The candidate should have a strong hand on .NET Technology with good project experience in C#.Net,
VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML, AJAX strong database designing skills in SQL would be an added advantage.
You should be able to work independently as well as have the capability to work as a team member.You would be expected to deliver product within the timeline while maintaing quality of your project.
