This position will be primarily responsible for Support. The responsibilities are as follows:· Problem Management· Resolving queries through email relating to the Application/ traning· Investigation issues and escalating them to appropriate Technical Teams (if required)· Tracking query and its resolution.· Enhancement escalation and coordination· Weekly and Monthly MIS
Bachelors degree in any stream or equivalent experienceShould have excellent customer service and communication skills.Should have very strong analytical skills.
Experience: 1.5 - 3.5 yrs
Location: Mumbai
