Designation- Customer Support Executive/ Customer Support Engineers
Experience- 1-2 Yrs
Location- Mumbai
Qualification- Degree/Diploma
Skill set- Should have experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and handling of IT hardware products like- scanners
Should have hands on experience on Windows.
Experience in Customer support and Customer Management.
Good communication skills.
Avoid candidates who are designated as Desktop Engineers
