| - CA/CPA/MBA/CFA
- 10-15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP, experience in several facets of Accounting
- Sound experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis & Reporting
- Working knowledge in ERP systems like Oracle, SAP etc
- Strong analytical & Logical abilities
- Advanced Knowledge in use of Microsoft suite programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills (Interpersonal, oral and written)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Proven mentorship and people management capabilities with strong Business Acumen Experience with engagement and account management with a proven track record of expanding or extending accounts
- Experience in working with the US; involved in US Client management
- Multiple years of experience working with MNCs at managerial level
Job Responsibilities may include: - Develop, Set and Monitor standard processes for delivery to clients
- Setting up Quality measures/ SLAʼs for deliverables
- Act as Single Point of Contact for Management and Clients with respect to Consero Client Delivery
- Managing multiple clients & several EM's
- Manage effective/efficient resource allocation to accounts
- Clearly understand and internalize customer objectives in order to attain high quality of delivery
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction (would involve very frequent client interactions)
- Responsible for managing the communication process in accordance with company standards and customer expectations (PACO)
- Training and Mentoring Engagement Managers (EMs): identify the strengths/weaknesses in EMs and work towards harnessing/improving them, identify appropriate training programs
- Providing Technical expertise to EMs in FP&A and Accounting
- Assisting EMs in Account ramp-up and transition for critical clients. Establishes timeframes and monitors progress, directs the development and implementation of scope of work, and provides consistent and comprehensive status reports to client and management
- Maintaining appropriate issue management and resolution (Clients and teams)
- Drive Process improvements constantly
