Job Description
Knowledge of Asp. Net, VB.Net and SQL server is must. Knowledge and Experience working in web based Applications such as Content Management Systems, E-Mailing Applications, E-Commerce Applications, Enterprise Scale Web Portals, Banner Management Systems, Social Networking Portals and Web based ERP system will be preferable. The key responsibility of the Team Leader is to handle large and medium size web based application development projects from start to finish. The Team Leader will have under him a team of 3-5 -people and will be responsible for the timely completion of Projects as per the Requirement and Quality Acceptance Criteria. Project requirement would involve understanding/ developing Software Specification Document by liaising with Client Organizations or Internal Business Consultants, System requirement study and analysis, High Level Design and Architecture, Project Planning and complete SDLC.
Desired Profile
Should have 3-5 Years Experience handling Medium / Large scale Software Development Projects from start to finish covering the whole gamut of SDLC. Refined capabilities and knowledge of System Analysis, Software Specs Development, System Design, Database Design, Normalization, Use Case Development, High level and low level design Documentation, Unit Testing and System Testing is essential. Should have the ability to work collaboratively along side other departments such as Creative & Content development personnel and Account Management teams. Should have strong problem–solving capabilities and have to take ownership of the Project and delivery commitments with a view to lead the team to achieve results. Should have the ability to motivate and manage the team to develop bug free code though systematic code reviews and quality checks, within the tight deadlines. Experience in liaising with clients to handle following aspects will be an added advantage - Project effort estimation, FPA, Project Proposal Developments, Defining Acceptance Criteria and obtaining stage wise sign offs to ensure tactful Project Planning and Management. Some of these projects will be for India’s leading brands and business and a high degree of professionalism and perfection is expected in Project Handling. Good academic records with analytical and Comprehension skills, attention for detail, good communication skills - written and spoken and are essential.
