Project Manager:

PMP certification is mandatory
· Plan, manage and execute software development projects of various sizes, scope, complexity and risk
· Apply standard methodologies for managing software projects from project inception to post delivery
· Accountable for achieving project objectives (cost, schedule, quality, technical performance)
· Match project needs to appropriate development model and effectively organize and select process choice, create realistic project plans leveraging existing assets, where possible, to avoid duplication of efforts and address risk mitigation
· Configure projects using software development methodologies, process models and document plans to industry standards
· Manage project communication with reliable, accurate, timely and meaningful flow of communications
· Lead, coach and build multidisciplinary teams involved in the requirement specification, technical design, coding, integration, quality assurance test and deployment of software projects
· 10 plus years of experience which includes 5 years of substantive project management experience of cross-functional areas
· Project Management certification preferred
· Experience with large scale application projects using varied technologies including object-oriented, multi-tier, and web
· Extensive knowledge in the development of software project planning, estimation, process management, project management, quality assurance, configuration management and the ability to choose the most effective PM methods for a given project
· Ability to balance competing objectives and overcome constraints to successfully deliver software products and services per specifications
· Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to be able to work with cross functional teams having varying technical backgrounds
